Terms & Conditions

Fees for all classes must be paid in full prior to attending the sessions. Failure to pay may result in your child being refused entry and an Admin fee being applied to your fees. You will be charged the full month regardless of attendance to secure your space in the Class

Any holidays taken in term time, Absence due to illness will all be non refundable

If classes are cancelled by us where possible online tuition maybe offered to provide classes for any prepaid sessions

Pupils must at all times be respectful to others and teachers. Anyone seen to be disrupting classes or behaving unacceptable will be dealt with accordingly

First Aid will be administered to all pupils as and when required. Any pupils with medical conditions will be required to complete a Medical form upon attending classes and parents must ensure UDA hold the most up to date information of any medical conditions at all times
