Terms & Conditions


Fees for all classes must be paid in full prior to attending sessions at the beginning of each month. Failure to pay may result in your child being refused entry to the class, and an administration fee may be added to your account.

You will be charged for the full month regardless of attendance in order to secure your child’s space in the class. Any holidays taken during term time or absences due to illness are non-refundable.

If you no longer require your child’s place, you must notify us before the first class of the month. Failure to do so will result in the monthly fee still being charged. This is because our classes are often at full capacity and the space could have been offered to pupils on the waiting list.

If classes are cancelled by us, online tuition may be offered where possible to replace any prepaid sessions or it will be carried forward and be deducted from the next months fees.

All pupils must behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students. Our classes are a positive space for learning and enjoying dance, and arguments or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Pupils who interrupt the class may be removed from the class to be spoken to. If the behaviour continues, they may be asked to sit out or leave the session.

First aid will be administered to pupils when required. Any pupils with medical conditions must have a medical form completed when attending classes. Parents must ensure that we always have the most up-to-date information regarding any medical conditions.
